Our local office is the largest in the Comox Valley,
and as a result in our office we sell 60% of our own
listings. For 2003 our total MLS Sales reached in excess
of $127 Million dollars. In addition to our main office,
we are able to display our listings at 3 convenient kiosk
locations; Comox Centre Mall, Driftwood Mall, and Cumberland
office.
National and local branded advertising through various
media such as TV, radio, and print.
We communicate with our clients to keep them informed
as to feedback on their listings and/or any new listings
that may of interest to them. For our listing clients
we provide a monthly report detailing number of showings,
number of times advertised, and feedback from realtors
on showings of the listings. For our potential buyers,
we keep our clients informed of new listings that may
be of interest to them.
An important component to our service, involves advising
our sellers/buyers on the purchase contract of a property.
We help you to understand the details of the contract
as well as provide you with advise on how to proceed
during the process.

Canada, The Calgary Home Show for 5 days.
